Our compensation package is competitive and designed to allow for great work-life balance for our team members.

$23 per-hour to start
Medical, Dental, and Vision
Tuition coverage of $5,280/yr for select universities – available for full time employees  after 90 days
Bonus hours – eligible employees
Rescue dollars – Minimum of hourly rate per-rescue
Paid time off
